Deletion Request

You can request deletion by sending an email. We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month after we receive your request and any information we may reasonably need to verify your identity and locate your data. When an account becomes inactive, Somera deletes the account and associated Platform Data after a 30 day grace period. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Request deletion from Somera

Email your request, using the subject line "Account deletion request". Include your account email and the list of connected Platforms. We will confirm when deletion is complete.

3. What Somera deletes

At the end of the 30 day grace period for inactive accounts, Somera deletes the account and associated Platform Data from Somera systems. Security and compliance logs that must be retained by law are minimized and are not used to provide Services.

4. Notes

Deleting content on a Platform does not automatically delete copies already stored by that Platform or third parties. Platform processing is governed by the Platform's own terms and policies. If a Platform or site owner asks us to disable a connector, we will disable it promptly.
